Terrrible service

Utterly unprofessional service, my order was cancelled almost 2 weeks ago and no refund has been given to me yet, i have followed up numerous times and no response, this is not the first time I have had to struggle with superbalist, they are extremely unprofessional, and their service has been lacking for a while now, really not worth the struggle!!!!
