Terrible terrible dont give you your refund money!!

I ordered stuff and requested a refund for the amount of +- R12000.. on the 8th of July they said my refund was payed to muy account yet till this day i have not received my money. Back and forth emails for more than a month and all they say is my money has been payed to me. I have sent them bank statements which showed no money was refunded. This is a disgrace that thousands of rands went missing without an explanation!!! I want my money!!!!
