Terrible terrible customer service 🙄

Bought three pairs of shoes and a Tshirt. They delivered two pairs of shoes and the Tshirt. Immediately called them to alert them. I was told there will be “an investigation”. Not sure for what because they simply sent less than I ordered. Now I have to follow them up left right and pillar to post for an update/feedback. Solution is simple - either deliver the shoes you didn’t include in the delivery or refund my money. Enough with the games.
