Terrible service ,Superbalist doesnt meet their 3 day delivery rule

#***9 Was expecting delivery on the Wednesday 30th June,only to receive a message yesterday saying its been delayed,just called the call center to enquire about the delay and the new delivery date set.the consultant said their driver was hijacked hence the delay but when I asked on the alternative date set for my delivery she said she doesnt know. I bought and paid for my goods on time because I needed them for a birthday gift this Saturday so the fact that an emergency plan B is not set aside for such situations is angering me as a client because Superbalist's unfortunate incident is now affecting me the customer which is unfair because on not willing to wait longer for things that I needed urgently,You ddnt even have the decency to give courtesy communicate and keep me updated.Im so angry and dissapointed at your service and still ddnt get answers after calling your STUPID call center
