Terrible service, no package after 6 days

I ordered a product on 21 Dec, the website said delivery guaranteed by 23 Dec, email confirmation said the same. Waited the whole day for delivery and nothing. Called them, they said parcel had landed in Cpt but they did not know why it hasn't been delivered. They said it would be delivered on 24 Dec. Bu lunch, still nothing. Called again, they said sorry they'll have to get back to me. They got back to me and said they couldn't deliver til the 28th. Waited again the whole day and nothing. Phoned several times, each time they said they did not know where the parcel was and that they would have to get back to me. No one ever did. Instead I had to constantly phone them. Still no parcel and now no airtime. Spent over R100 airtime phoning them to find out where the parcel is. It's now 5 days late and I still don't know when it will arrive. Have to waste my time and airtime waiting for this parcel. Would have been easier to go to a busy mall and wait in the lines. Will never buy from them again. <br> Utterly disgusted! Order number 600204 if anyone from the company bothers to contact me.
