Terrible service from Superbalist.com

Absolutely terrible service received. I ordered four items on 26 August 2019 and paid immediately. I received confirmation that my order will be delivered on 29 August The order was then delayed for some or other reason and was then delivered on 30 August. The order was however incomplete as I only received 2 out of the four items. Nobody phoned or emailed me. I actually received an email stating that all items were delivered. On Monday 2 September I phoned Superbalist and informed them that I only received 2 items. They did not even seem surprised and stated that they could see on the system that I only received 2 items, however they failed to let me know that they are aware of their blunder. I had to phone again 8 hours later to find out what the progress was of my query. They have now done a follow up and can't tell me when I will receive my items. This is absolutely pathetic. I paid R1298.00 for the items and expect some decent service. I will never for as long as I live ever order from Superbalist.com ever again.
