Terrible service from Superbalist.com

I have been waiting for my package for the last 2 weeks. Everyday I get notifications that my package will be delivered before 5 pm and noone shows up. The one time they actually showed up and the package had been "lost in transit" !!

The call center is equally unhelpful, that is when they actually answer their phones.

I'm really disappointed with the quality of service I have received!!!
