Terrible service from Superbalist. Constantly losing parcels

Superbalist has managed to lose my parcel, no decency to inform me about it. Eventually after calling endless amounts of times staff all say the parcel is on its way its on its way. Till today no feedback is given regarding my parcel, they are unable to cancel my order as well as it hasn't been received.

How do you provide a service you can't deliver? None of the staff have been of any assistance to me. I am highly dissatisfied and don't wish to use their services again no do I wish to recommend them to anyone. Service and customer care is absolutely shocking.
