TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM SUPERBALIST!!!!!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I placed an order via the APP on 31 May 2020, received notice my order will be delivered on 3 June before 5 PM. I am still waiting on this delivery almost a week later now. Everyday it is the same story I receive a message stating "we could not deliver your order - recipient not available y take deliver we will reschedule" Then the following morning I receive a message"your order is out on delivery and will be delivered before 5PM today" I am at work every day NO ONE has even attempted delivering any parcel to me. This is absolutely horrible service. This is my first experience with Superbalist and also my last I will never recommend this online store to anyone. I am hoping to receive my order before winter is over. Even when querying this to the call center (which by the way you cannot call you have to email and wait for a response) I get the same excuses day after day. Can someone please let me know where my order is and what the actual reason is for this not being delivered to me?????????
