Terrible Service

I'm so disgusted with this online shop. I spent R4558 on products, they sent it back after 7 days on the floor cause I didn't have the time to go pick up. Without anyone communicating with me, they sent it back. Why will I not go pick stuff up that I paid for. I specifically said to the online fashion assistant, Mishka Paris that I want my refund back in my account, she even asked for my banking details and thanked me for sending my details, now they refunded me in my superbalist "wallet" just to spend it on them again. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing. They didn't even refund my full amount. Still R1599 outstanding and I don't even want it in my wallet.
