Terrible service and bad business practices!!

On the 24th of July I bought 3 chairs from Superbalist they happily took my money for the chairs, only to let me know a few hours later that they didn't have the chairs in stock and would refund me for the three chairs. Checked credit card statement and I was only refunded for one chair. I call Superbalist about the refund, they send me a Proof of Refund stating that all three chairs were refunded and that I need to take it up with my bank. Bank says that the money was not refunded I need to take it up with Superbalist. I have exchanged countless emails with Superbalist and still no resolution. Just off the phone again with yet another person who says that the matter has been sent to finance and this can be quite a lengthy process. Seriously?!? Yes seriously. So it's been over a month and will still take even longer!! I am beyond frustrated and annoyed! This (needless to say)will be the last time I ever buy anything from Superbalist.
