Terrible service
I bought whiskey stones with superbalist, after trying these stones we realized that they do not work as advertised. I logged the return on their website on 17 Feb... immediately got an sms to say that they would collect on the 18th. No one pitched, no call or apology either... i called 2 days later and they said they would collect that day... no one pitched, no call or apologized again... as you can imagine this went on and i am still waiting for these people to collect and refund my money!! This is really pathetic customer service

I am sincerely sorry for this experience!
The couriers are meant to be an extention of our service and with them dropping the ball with your return on many instances I can only imagine your frustration.
I have included the Operations Specialist as well as myself to over look that this collection is actioned tomorrow and we will follow up to ensure it is.
I am very sorry it had to reach this point for action to be made.
