Terrible service

Wow, the service at Superbalist has dramatically deteriorated.

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my son, they delivered incorrect items and have still not collected them. I also placed another order which was meant to be delivered today, 30 August 2022, no delivery sms has been sent to me. At this stage I will never ever recommend superbalist. They are terrible and done care about managing customer expectations.
