Terrible service

I have been trying to Submit a return for the last week now from Wednesday 13 February. Each morning you receive a message “Hi Tarryn-leigh, your Superbalist return RMA ********** for order # ********** will be collected before 5:00 PM today. Not convenient? Call ********** to reschedule.Inwhich you try call this number provided And you call getting through to takealot, they then tell you it’s a different number but they will put you through. I have tried to get through each day starting from Monday 18th February, as we are closed on Monday.

I presumed that someone would of collected on Friday 15 February as I was sent a message that they would collect. I was not there that day but informed my staff that someone was going to collect item, no- one came and I checked with all the staff. I then received a message that it was rescheduled.

Monday I called no answer Tuesday I called no answer Wednesday I called and finally someone answered, I informed them that I was leaving work to go out for meeting and no— one would be there to collect. And now today I received a email that after several attempts they have cancelled my return. The salon has been open every day until 4 pm. Except for Monday being closed and Thursday was at meetings.

Why have a contact number if you can’t ever get through?
