Terrible service

I purchased a swimsuit on the 2nd of October 2022. It was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of October. It was not delivered and there was no communication from Superbalist. I received another sms informing me that the order will be delivered on Monday, 10 October. The order was never delivered. I contacted Superbalist today, I was informed that the driver was hijacked with my order. I asked a consultant why I was never informed. His response was that Superbalist does not contact customers if orders are not delivered. Instead, customers must contact Superbalist if their orders are not delivered.What a terrible service?
