Terrible return process

This is the loooooongest return process I've ever had and I still haven't received my order. I ordered a pair of Adidas Samba sneakers and the courier delivered a straightener from Takealot, I supposed to go to Mpumalanga on vacation this week but then they go and pull this bull****. I've always had high regards for Superbalist but after this I am reconsidering them as a reputable online shopping platform.
