Terrible return policy

I bought a Calvin Klein hoodie which was obviously expensive as a birthday gift. When I gave the hoddie as a gift it was too small. I tried to log a return or refund as they dint have the correct size available. Superbalist just rejected it by saying it's non refundable. As a regular client I won't be buying from them again. Terrible service.
