Terrible response from Superbalist

A payment was deducted off my credit card although I have not bought anything on my Superbalist account. Contacted, them and asked for proof of what I bought but they do not respond. Shocking to know they can just deduct off your credit card without you buying anything, stay away from Superbalist! Have emailed them 3 times in last 4 days without any response.
