Terrible quality. No after service. No care

Simply disappointed. I ordered one of the #BlackFriday2019 deals. The parcel arrived on Friday, and it was damaged. I logged a return on Saturday, they were meant to pick up and exchange on Tuesday, 12 November with their courier Skynet. Tuesday, comes and goes and no one shows. I call to ask and no one knows anything. They don't even know why the driver isn't showing up. Or IF he will even come to collect a defective product. I phoned superbalist 4 times, every time to be told that they don't know he will show up some time. It's a day later, no one has offered to help or even apologize. It's like starting the conversation over every time. I still have an expensive defective product. I've even tried calling the courier directly to be ignored. Simply the worst service. I will never use them again.
