Terrible delivery service

<p>My delivery #751878 was meant to be delivered to my place yesterday. I missed the call and despite calling back immediately nobody was able to assist me. Superabalist support were excellent and advised it would be redelivered this morning. Once again the delivery team tried to contact me, I immediately tried to get in touch with them but to no avail. I even tried to contact Fedex directly but they wouldn't assist. </p> <p>How can it be possible that nobody is able to advise the status of delivery? How is it fair that if I am unable to answer a call at that exact moment that I have no ability to contact someone? My domestic helper was at the delivery address waiting to sign for my goods yet nobody rang our bell. </p> <p>althiugh the delivery agents are independent, their unacceptable service reflects purely on Superbalist.</p>
