Terrible delivery and poor communication

My husband placed an order which was meant to have been delivered by 5pm on Monday 21st Nov. He waited in ALL day and having followed up that evening was assured it would be delivered the following day (today). Again today he took another day off to work at home and was told in the morning that it was 'out for delivery'. Again he waits in all day and no delivery. This is despite receiving a mail from an agent saying it was a priority and being assured it would be delivered by 5pm. Two wasted days where he's had to move meetings and waited in.
