TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. Every single time I have to deal with Customer Service it is never a pelasanr experience. My last return/refund request took 27 days to resolve and I am STILL waiting for the money to reflect in my account. I had 4 consultants replying to my query, all of which clearly are not competent to handle it. The service is appalling. This is just 1 of many incidences that I have had with Superbalist and I am considering stopping purchasing from them altogether because of it.
