TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY SERVICE! How long must I wait for my order?

Superbalist.com you have the most unreliable drivers and terrible customer service. I have an order that I paid for on 31 July, which was supposed to be delivered on the 6th to my work and then rerouted to be delivered on the 8th and then again today....I'm beginning to wonder if you employ drivers that don't live in Cape Town. If I say UCT, why would you go deliver to the Hidding campus in town...twice? I ask you with tears in my eyes. After several calls to your useless call centre (mind you everyone seems to be working from home) and many emails, no one even bothered to do a courtesy call to confirm my order. NOT 1 call to apologise and say, we are so sorry here's how we will rectify the situation. Terrible service! I hope that none of my friends ever order something from you guys for an event, this will arrive after the event!
