Terrible customer service

Terrible delivery service!

Scheduled a deliver for today after 12 with Superbalist for a gift I need tomorrow afternoon. They call at 8 stating that they’re outside. When I ask that they wait 10 more minutes they state that they can’t wait and will be returning my order. I tried calling them 10 times, even via takealot line but line drops everytime. Now they’re sending a message initiating that they will deliver on Monday morning at my home address. I am working on Monday. What unprofessionalism is this?
