Terrible customer service

I have been trying to return an item to Superbalist without any success. Collection for my return was scheduled for yesterday, no time given only noted between 08h00 and 17h00. So I had to arrange for someone to be at home the entire day and no one pitches to collect the parcel. I call them and was advised that collection was rescheduled for today once again no time given. Why did I have to call the call center before someone could tell me that the collection had been rescheduled? I called again a few minutes ago and the time has changed yet again and the parcel will be collected tomorrow... you guessed it between 08h00 and 17h00. To say that I am disgusted by Superbalist's lack of service delivery is an understatement. And when I enquired if they can contact the courier and confirm a time, I was told no. No explanation why they cannot contact them, just no. Superbalist, your service is appalling and judging by the slew of complaints on HP, I am not the only person who is of this opinion. Thus, can someone confirm DEFINITELY that this return will, in fact be collected tomorrow, 10 Jan.
