Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service.! Terrible courier service mrdexpress! Lousy return system! Courier came to collect a pair of shoes I returned because they didn't send me the right size to begin with and it's been a week so far and I've still not received a refund! Rather pay a little more and go to a retailer when you get good service and can try your clothing on.
