Terrible Customer service

Talk about useless.Had no issues with Spree but every order with you is a problem.Was meant to receive a delivery last Thursday,never arrived and to this day I am the only one calling to find out what is happening.Asked to cancel and have a manager call me and I am still waiting five consultants later.I am a monthly customer but you can kiss my business good bye.Should I not have my refund in my account today you can be assured I am taking this further.Not one sort of communication from your side to let me know where my order is.I explained to the very first consultant I need the order latest today even though it was due last week Thursday but no one cares I want my money in my bank account today
