TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I sent shoes back. Catherine Jakachira, the online fashion assistant, mailed me the shoes are not in satisfactory condition as was worn. I am very unhappy about the shoes coming back to me. It is not dirty (or worn) at all! Per previous email she said: “ As such, the item will be returned to you to the address below in the next 48 hours should there be no response to this mail” I DID reply to that mail with no response from her or anyone. The photos I received from her is poor quality and low resolution. I attached a quality photo of the perfect condition shoes. There is NOTHING wrong with them! You wont find shoes in shops on the shelves in a better condition than the shoes they call “unsatisfactory condition”.

I mailed them a few times and messaged on facebook. The communication is HORRIBLE with no assistance at all!
