Terrible and very Slow Service

hope this email finds everyone well cos im not, On the 31st of October i made an order of 2 shoes online, sizes 3 and 4 the shoes were delivered on 6th of November the total amount paid on both shoes was R808 ... when i tried them on the size was too big for me and i had to return it back.

Shoes were returned on the 14th of November and on the sms they sent me the order number changed from the ( actual order number) ********** to ********** ... which i understand

now what i don't understand is the sms they sent me on the 15th saying that my Refund of R239 has been processed... i sent them an email asking for someone to call me back because their 087 number doesn't work, Stephan Lu**** (Superbalist Support) rep**** to my email even though i explained to her that i prefare a simple phone call or that she gives me a number that i can call her on but nothing was solved, her last words was she misunderstood the query completely she will follow up and revert to me soonest and this was 4 days ago

im not happy at all as i was planning to wear those shoes to a wedding last Saturday or buy me shoes somewhere else... the service that i got was very terrible i do not want anymore emails from them i would appreciate a phone call.
