Terrible

Very terrible service.ordered a man's boot in size 8 which Costed R1199 on the 30th of December and on the 31st of December I received a wedge in size 4 which costs R599.i contacted the customer services and the lady I spoke to told me I will have to wait for the wrong order to be collected,reviewed then the correct order will be dispatched.even after telling her how much of an inconvenience it is for me as that was a gift she told me that unfortunately waiting was the only option because that is their procedure and she does not make the rules or I can request for a refund.i then asked her to put me through to someone that can assist then she told me she was not allowed to transfer calls to her manager she will need to send a request for the manager to call me and she can assure me it will not be now.who gets an order completely wrong really.
