TAKKIES DELIVERED INSTEAD OF BOOTS

I have been a loyal customer for years but this time they ****ed me off! . I ordered a pair of boots by miss black but they delivered a pair of Puma takkies. After waiting for 20 minutes on the call with them, I was told I can't exchange because there's no stock 🚮 . I will get a refund. That is totally unfair because when I ordered there was stock. I will not order from superbalist again. I'm done!!!
