Takkie issue

I have serious issue i paid an amount of 800 for Runer 3 takkie for my daughter in the day of delivery the shoe did not fit later in when i was trying my daughter i called the company for an exchange they come on 19 to take it the driver never gave me the exchange size i requested was size 4 since size 3 does not fit until now i have not recieved anything my size 4 has not being recieved and the driver **** and said he delivered around 10pm how is it possible to deliver that time i feel ****med please help me get my refund
