Takealot are you partners with ******** Suberbalist?

I have spent thousands upon thousands with the Takealot and Superbalist.com `family` in the past. on the 23rd my order was cancelled and received a SMS notifying me that my order was cancelled, and that my refund is being processed. It is now two weeks later,3 phone calls later, piles of empty promises and lies upon lies and cannot refund a measley R399.
