Take a hike pesky customer

Beware of this company if something goes wrong. I bought a T-shirt that had a defect - one sleeve protruding outwards at the hem in a strange manner - but didn't notice until someone pointed it out to me, by which time I'd worn it. Superbalist is refusing to acknowledge the defect - claiming that it is the fit on me that is causing this problem (took about 6-7 frustrating emails to even coax this, or any, reasoning out of them). None of my other T-shirts or shirts have or ever have had this kind of problem - so it's utter bull**** of course. End result though: you'll keep your skew T-shirt and you'll like it, and get some surgery to correct your grossly asymmetrical arms.
