Took 5 days to deliver the incorrect item.

I can accept people making mistakes (actually in this day and age not really), but don't come and tell me you are NOW going to be thorough with my return and THEREFORE it will take 10 additional days as if I'm at fault here.

That is not a mistake. This is horrible customer service.
