Superblist sucks

It was my first and last time doing purchase using online shopping as my experience with Superblist was a bad one they sucks. I ordered and sneaker instead they deliver a female skirt and they say my sneaker size is not available . When i ask for refund they say it will take 5-10 working days for inspection then they notify me when will I get my refund which will also take 5-10 working days. I'm so angry at Superblist and now their adverti*****t is busy airing on TV as if they offer a good service.
