SUPERBALISTS THE ******

I bought an item with SUPERBALIST mid-November. The day it was delivered, I wanted to exchange for it for a smaller size since the item I bought was slightly bigger. However there was no stock on smaller sizes and I ended up requesting for a refund. It has been a nightmare dealing with SUPERBALIST consultants and the lies!

I requested my first refund on the 23rd of November and I was told to wait 3-5 days for it to reflect into my bank account, 3 - 5 came and passed. I phoned them, held on the phone for more than 15 minutes just so I can speak with the consultant. Eventually they picked up, I explained my story and they promised another 3-5 days, again it came and passed. I phoned them again and spoke to a Consultant by the name of UKHANYI, she was going to investigate and revert back and tell me what the problem was. I never received any calls from her, I launched another complains and they kept on telling me to wait another 3-5 days! This is completely nonsense and unacceptable! 3-5 days has turned into 31 Days according to SUPRBALISTS calendar. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone going forward and my family has stopped buying from them, they are ******!!!
