Superbalist's delivery partner has *****ed me over

Superbalist is great but I'm absolutely furious at the delivery situation I'm in.

I placed and paid for an order that was to be delivered in two batches. The first batch was delivered on time on 25 June. I was told the second batch would come through on the 27 June so I planned around this.

My delivery never showed up. It came the day after when I wasn't available. I asked for it to be rescheduled for for the 30th of June. This was ignored and was changed to 1 July instead. No number was provided for me to call to say that this won't work for me.

I've now been informed that my order has been cancelled. I'm absolutely furious! I can't replace my order as the products are sold out. I want my package even if I have to fetch it from the dispatch centre myself.
