Superbalist...defs not a Santa favorite for deliveries. I would rather be presentless than deal with this lot

I placed an order for delivery on the 9th December. Superbalist has been using an incorrect mobile number to contact me, despite my cell number being listed on my profile for Superbalist. Hence a missed delivery. I called yesterday to ensure that they had the correct number so I could take delivery but after many promises from their side, this did not happen, despite my trying to circumvent the situation. I called today again and the customer service person was obnoxious and could not deal with the situation as she was clearly not trained. Of course I was frustrated. Needless to say she promised to get back to me in 10 mins. Still waiting. I spoke to another customer service person and still no reply on the situation. It's a clear case of taking people's money and literally not delivering on a service. It's a shame how this company has deteriorated.
