Superbalist.com you suck

Superbalist.com ignored my request and sent me what I ordered accidentally the two extra small t-shirts that fits a little child that came in a big box and inside that big box was a small box full of dust even the t-shirts was full of dust and the concierge of Superbalist told me of how cancel the order which was not true . So people might say you can return or exchange the items yes I tried online but it did not want to go through it showed error all the time and that I must call them if the problem keep on occuring . They ignored me the first time so why must I contact them if I did it in the first place the dust just showed me what they think of customers the had power and ability to help me when I asked for help and have a flaw in their system I guess no one in South Africa can lead just follow.
