Superbalist.com won’t refund me

I bought a couple of items online at Superbalist and three I had to return because of size. 1 was exchanged 1 refunded and the third which was a pit of kids vans was misplaced and never logged as returned. I followed up the matter with superbalist who claimed to never received the return and kept sending drivers to my house to make the collection which was already collected. A month later after me calling daily to follow up and inform items were already collected (driver attempting to collect at my house twice to three times weekly). They locate the shoes and say it is not in a sellable condition mind u I returned the shoes in the same condition with tags and everything. When I get the shoes they are dirty on the sole and inside which wasn’t my doing as they were fitted inside the house after I washed and wiped my daughters feet. Now this R609 pair of shoes is being returned to me again when I logged a return within 5 days and I didn’t damage the shoes as they were clean and in original packaging. The shoes got damaged during the period where Superbalist couldn’t locate them for three weeks!
