Superbalist.com.. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!

Someone is not doing their job somewhere in your returns and exchange department.

I've been waiting since Friday the 11th for my exchange and refund. My daughter needed the right size before the 16th and I have not received any latest updates about anything.

I even ordered more items after I logged a refund and exchange on the 2 items, and I've received the items of the latest order.

I am very disappointed in the bad service Im receiving from Superbalist.com, I've never had any problems with my orders before. Is this a way of warning me that there's gonna be problems on my future orders as your loyal customer?

Please have respect enough to give me my correct items I paid money for. No one is even responding to my email and you've caused such inconvenience on my plans with my daughter.
