Superbalist.com Very Unreasonable

Will never buy from them again. Bought a gift on 4th Dec for my husband for Chriatmas. When he opened it on Christmas Day he said the shoe was too big. When trying to change for smaller size after the holidays they kept on saying they have a 30 day return policy. Now come on Superbalist please move with the times. Surely I could not give him the gift on the 6th when it was delivered. Take into consideration that some customers shop for Christmas gifts earlier than others to beat the rush just like Superbalist advises. What am I supposed to do with the shoes now. It is brand new and never been worn. I am very disappointed and will definitely spread the word.
