Superbalist.com *****ulent and Customer Service or "Customer Concierge Team" utterly useless

Do not order from them!!!! On 17 November 2023. I ordered sneakers from them and paid via the payfast link on tjeir payment options. The superbalist website kept on indicating awaiting payment after I paid so I called their so called "customer service" which was utterly useless and the agent told me that i had to contact payfast. I emailed superbalist as well and at the end of the day had to contact payfast myself even though payfast is the payment platform that they use. Neefless to say i contacted payfast, and payfast confirmed that the order was paid for and the funds received in superbalist absa bank account. I forwarded it to superbalist and to date still no reply fromt heir "customer service concierge team" as they call it. They customer service is really bad and the agents useless since I have contacted them numerous times now. I even contacted them via facebook and was sent a message that someone will get in touch. Its now 27 November 2023 still no response or anything. They were paid for an order and are not delivering which I feel is ***** and specifically since now you cant get a hold of anyone to assist you.
