Superbalist.com Sucks

Please do not use this company. I have had so many delays on my returns and refunds. Drivers come to pick up return items, such as a huge pouffe, with a bike, and this has happened twice. Then they tell me that my nesting tables have been collected and returned, but they are still waiting in my house, so what is going on? And because of their mess-ups, my refunds are taking longer, and I have been left with no office chair for over a week. I have been dealing with Danica, but nothing seems to be happening, as she emails me everything and tells me that I have to let her know everything, whilst I feel that their mess-ups they should handle themselves
