Superbalist.com service... what service??

I recently bought a rug from Superbalist.com. The delivery address we have on our profile is my wife's work address. We purchased the rug before the lockdown was extended and therefore did not know my wife would not be able to be at work to accept the item. Any attempts to change the delivery address have been unsuccessfull and they have responded with an identical generic response stating their system cannot change the delivery address at this point in time. The only option is a refund and then to re-order the item. Here is the catch... the item was bought on a sale en secondly they do not stock the specific rug any longer. This rug is meant for our new home. To make matters worse I received an email from Superbalist stating the item was successfully delivered. It most certainly was not! This has been the most frustrating purchase of my life. This is my first order on Superbalist and most definitely my last.
