Superbalist.com selling defected famous brands
Hi
I’d just like to inform you that I ordered the white Cali puma sneaker on the 21st of July 2019, I received it on a promotional price of R1200. My order was then delivered shortly after, on the 25th of July2019, I was really pleased with the service received! After opening the box, so excited as I needed sneaker for an event which was going to take place the Saturday (27 July 2019).
I realized that the sneaker had a defect on the branding name. It was as if the puma sign was faded, especially the ‘m’ letter. This disappointed me so much because it was one item that was on my wishlist since the release of the sneaker on superbalist!
I then phoned your customer service Friday morning (26 July 2019) and explained my frustration to the lady because I saw that the white Cali Puma is now sold out. Her solution was that I log a return and “hope” that stock will come up shortly. I then asked her what would happen if I follow through with her solution but do not receive the sneaker on the promotional price that I received it on? She then said that she is “sure” that it will go on sale again due to the fact that it has been on sale previously. That was not the answer I was looking for as it is not my fault that I received a sneaker which has a defect, especially on the branding of the item!
I’ve been checking the Superbalist application and emails constantly hoping I would receive an email regarding a waitlist item that is now available. But nothing has happened! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated as proper answers could not be communicated when I called. I am displeased with the defect and refuse to accept it, especially from a well know company which strives for quality!
This is absolutely pathetic for such a well known online store! It has to pose the question as to whether the sneaker I received was indeed an original or a knock off from a **** factory!?
