Superbalist.com poor customer service

This have been one of the useless online store ever , bad customer service

I bought airforce that cost 2300 on 2024/11/25, so what happened was that i use the wrong Cvv number and keep using the same , like 5 time, until i saw that am using the wrong card, then use the correct card, The payment went through and the money was taken from my account

Today on the 2024/11/26 am login to see where the order is , and it was cancelled , no communication , no phone call or email nothing for the them to tell me what happened.

I send email to ask what happened , and i wad told that my purchase was flag as *****, but this guys have taken my money no refund , i was told i must contact my bank to dispute the transaction, like i have time to be going up and down

poor customer service no wonder why they are where they are currently , because they keep loosing customers , such poor customer service , this was the waste, they have customer call center but what a **** show,

they told me the process will take 48 hours, i didnt get my product, and my money, i need to wait for 48 hours for my owe money
