Superbalist.com PATHETIC SERVICE

Ive had the worst experience with Superbalist.com and getting my refund. I placed an order on the 3rd August, payment was successful and the money was taken from my account and the order was placed. 30 min later, i receive an email saying that the order was cancelled because of an inventory issue and i will be refunded. I called in to make sure that i followed all the steps to get my refund. I have called in 3 times with no call back as they promised. I even received an email from Jenilee Cordon and up until today i have not received my refund or a call back. I called back again today and they promised a call back after an hour and guess what? NOTHING!!! Their service is PATHETIC, pitty there is no Zero Star rating because they don't even deserve one.
