Superbalist.com or Supersuckers.com?

On Friday, 23 November 2018 (Black Friday), I purchased a pair of running shoes that was on the Black Friday deal, marked down from R2999 to R899 (I know right, very suspicious). Anyway, when paying for this item "something went wrong with my payment" and obviously no order was created and they "have no reference of the failed purchase", where after the item went "on hold". Purchases made afterwards went through successfully, just for information. I have been "wait listed" for this items for the second day now while the price has doubled since yesterday and I'm sure will return to normal price and item will be available then. This is bringing me to my point, Superbalist used false advertising and is ******** customers to buy from them. Phoning them is of NO USE, after 4 phone calls to explain, they haven't even bothered to ask my name to check my purchase history or refused to connect me to a supervisor or manager. Again, for the record, I am a very loyal Superbalist customer (if they bother to care or to follow up) and purchase from them weekly, but they wouldn't know now, would they, as you get a lesson in online shopping at their call center and are treated like a number or phone call to get through rather than a customer. Superbalist, please stop ****s and false advertising, you do still have customers (don't know for how long) and send your staff on customer service training.

Reviewer Update
No reply from Superbalist ( as expected), I received an email today (30 Nov 2018) that my item is available at R2,999 as opposed to R899...
